We provide a one page website design service for a fixed price as displayed on this website.
The service includes:

Contact section with click to call
Up to four images supplied by the customer
Logo support or simple text logo
Three revision rounds
The website content is created based on the information you provide through our intake form.
3. Revisions
Three revision rounds are included in the website price.
A revision round means one set of requested changes provided at the same time.
Additional changes beyond the included revisions may be charged separately.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate business details
Supplying images and logos you have the right to use
Reviewing the website and requesting revisions in a timely manner
Delays in providing information may delay website completion.
5. Website Approval and Go Live
Your website will be shared with you for review before it is published live.
We will not publish the website without your approval.
6. Hosting
Website hosting is charged separately from the website design.
Hosting is billed yearly and is required to keep the website online.
If hosting fees are not paid, the website may be suspended or taken offline.
7. Payments
Full payment is required before work begins.
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and are subject to GST where applicable.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Once website work has started, refunds may not be available.
9. Ownership
Once full payment has been received, you own the website content created specifically for your business.
We may display completed websites as examples of our work unless you request otherwise.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Loss of business or revenue
Downtime caused by third party services
Issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
