Refund and Returns Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

We provide digital services, including website design and website hosting. Because these services involve time, labour, and custom work, refunds are handled differently from physical products.


2. Website Design Services

Once work on your website has started, refunds are generally not available.

Work is considered to have started when:

  • We begin reviewing your submitted details, or

  • We start designing or building your website.

To ensure fairness, we include three revision rounds with every website build so you can request changes and adjustments before the website goes live.

If you believe the service has not been delivered as described, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue where reasonably possible.


3. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before any work has started, we may consider a refund at our discretion.

Any approved refund may be reduced to cover administrative or processing costs.


4. Hosting Services

Hosting fees are charged separately from website design services.

Once hosting has been activated, hosting fees are non-refundable, as resources are allocated to keep your website online.


5. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change of mind once work has commenced.


6. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable laws.
